Home/Trade Show Promoters & Marketers

We’re seeking energetic, outgoing candidates to join our promotions team. This role involves staffing our booths at home shows, trade shows, and local community events. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our future clients.

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet event visitors and make a great first impression

  • Share information about All Pro Remodeling’s services

  • Collect lead and contact details

  • Set appointments for our sales team

  • Represent All Pro Remodeling Corp. in a positive, professional manner

  • Ensure all event paperwork is completed and submitted on time

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and people skills

  • Punctual, professional, and reliable

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Ability to lift and transport booth equipment

  • Basic computer knowledge

Other Details:

  • Flexible schedule — most events are on weekends, with occasional weekdays

  • No selling involved

  • Paid training provided

Sales Representative / Estimator

We’re expanding our sales team and are looking for experienced in-home sales professionals to run both self-generated and company-provided leads. This position focuses on roofing, siding, and window replacement projects.

What You’ll Do:

  • Meet with homeowners for in-home consultations

  • Assess project needs and prepare detailed estimates

  • Educate clients about products, services, and solutions

  • Follow up with leads and close sales with integrity

  • Maintain accurate records using company systems

What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior in-home sales experience required (home improvement, real estate, inspection, or similar industries)

  • Strong listening and communication skills

  • Construction knowledge is a plus

  • Comfortable using computer software

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a team player

  • Committed to customer-first service and ethical sales practices
